Watermill Caterers is a beautiful catering hall located at 711 Smithtown Bypass, Smithtown, NY 11787.

We are professional wedding photographers who have photographed many weddings at Watermill Caterers over the years.

One of the reasons we are considered the best Watermill Wedding Photographers is because we take the time to get to know our couples before their wedding day. The reason we do this is to learn what they would like their wedding photos to look like. Once we know that we can tailor how we shoot their weddings to their vision of what they want their images to look like.

For this wedding, when we spoke to the bride at our office located in Lindenhurst Long Island. She expressed to us that they would love to have images of them on the water. While we think Watermill caterers is a fantastic Long Island catering hall, the one they do not have is actual water at the Watermill.

So we decided to head over to the beach to take this image before heading over to the venue.

Watermill Wedding Photos

Watermill Caterers have everything a Long Island bride could want in a wedding venue. The elegant ballrooms are perfect for your first dance and parent dancing photos. At the same time, the lush gardens are ideal for creative couples portraits.

It is the ideal location to host your Long Island wedding reception.

When we start your wedding day, we will start by photographing your "getting ready" photos in Watermills bridal suite. I like to take photos of the bride's wedding dress, engagement rings, wedding bands, wedding invitation, save the date and veil. When you select these images for your wedding album, they help tell the story of your big day.

After that, I like to photograph the couples first look by their onsite gazebo. A first look is when the bride and groom see each other prior to their ceremony. The reason to do a first look is to get all of your posed traditional wedding photos done prior to the ceremony. This way, after the ceremony, the newlyweds, their bridal party, and family can all enjoy cocktail hour while the professional photographers photograph their reception details.
